What are true URLs?
True URLs are the destination URL, or the "real" URL that you want to access. For example, the short URL http://tinyurl.com/1hm has destination URL http://www.yahoo.com. It means that if you type "http://tinyurl.com/1hm" in your browser's locaction bar, you will be redirected to http://www.yahoo.com.
